Delete Your Account

You can delete your Hipponics Firewatch account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your personal information from our systems.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any active supporter subscription will be cancelled immediately (no refund for the current billing period).

How to delete your account in the app

1.Open Hipponics Firewatch in your browser at hipponics.com, or in the Android app from the Play Store.
2.Tap your profile avatar in the top-right corner to open My Profile.
3.Scroll to the bottom of the profile panel and tap Delete my account.
4.Type DELETE in the confirmation dialog and tap Delete account permanently.
5.You will be signed out immediately and your account will be removed.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot sign in to delete your account through the app, email hipponics@outlook.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line Account Deletion Request. We will action manual deletion within 30 days as required by the Australian Privacy Act (APP 11.2).
